What does the Monitoring & Reporting package include?
You will receive access to a custom dashboard where you can monitor your business’ keyword rankings, citations, reputation, GMB, and a monthly Local Search Audit which details how your business is doing on the web.
What doesn’t the Monitoring & Reporting package come with?
You will no have access to automated review generation or our content creation for social posts, but LENS Monitoring & Reporting will allow you to continue tracking how customers interact and search for your business, your keyword rankings, and more.
What Insights Will I Have Access To?
Rank Checker will show you where you stand in relation to specific keywords.
Citation Tracker will give you insights to any incorrect data that may exist for your business on the web. While it will not handle fixing or surpressing the data for you, it provides you a link directly to the listing for you to be able to visit the website and request or make the changes yourself.
Reputation Manager gives you an overview of where your business stands with reviews on different search engines and Facebook. It shows you all the reviews, as well as direct links to them so you can take care of responding to them as you see fit.
Google My Business shows you an overview of your GMB, including business info. It also shows you how customers are finding your business and the interactions they take after discovering your business. This section will also show you any duplicate listings for your business that may exist.
Local Search Audit gives you a breakdown of your standings in various metrics – links and authority, rank checking, GMB, and the content on your website.
Don’t worry if you ever lose the link to the dashboard, we’ll always be able to provide you the link to it!
