Opening their first store back in 1934, The Owl Shop has been a staple for visitors in the Greater New Haven area for decades. Selling a variety of tobacco products and accessories, they offer a great place to relax, have a smoke and a drink. Since the start of the lockdown in the spring, a lot of businesses have been affected by retaining customers; due to the restrictions put into place caused by the pandemic. That’s where 3PRIME came to help. We offered the Owl Shop a way to keep their clientele and expand their business even though they couldn’t fully reopen to the public.
Our focus was to create and develop a new ecommerce website using WooCommerce on the WordPress platform. Visitors will be able to easily find information about different products, add them to their cart, checkout, and complete their transactions. This offered a responsive shopping experience that was easily viewable across different devices. This development was finished just in time for the holiday shopping season and will continue to be a great addition to The Owl Shop’s business for years to come.
