Approach:
3PRIME developed a comprehensive strategy to modernize The Strong Kitchen’s digital infrastructure, focusing on improving their outdated tech stack and automating marketing efforts. We first resolved issues with SMS transactional notifications and enhanced their ordering system by implementing continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) automation with CircleCI. This streamlined testing, dependency management, and releases while improving observability for faster issue resolution. Additionally, we built a custom queue system to ensure reliable SMS order notifications via Twilio.
Once the technical foundation was stabilized, we integrated Klaviyo’s API to automate key marketing workflows. This included a Welcome Flow to guide new users toward their first purchase, Abandoned Cart Recovery emails to re-engage potential customers, dynamic Order Confirmations tailored to delivery or pickup preferences, and Reactivation Flows designed to win back inactive customers. By combining system improvements with strategic automation, 3PRIME helped The Strong Kitchen enhance operational efficiency, increase customer retention, and drive sustainable growth.
