Project Overview:
Integrated Health Services has been a long-standing client of ours, with our team originally designing and developing their website back in 2021. Towards the end of 2025, they requested a website redesign and update. The goal was to strengthen communication with families, improve usability, and align with grant opportunities. They also requested the removal of any COVID related information or imagery found on their site. The updated website will be designed to support the organization’s mission of connecting health and education through a user-friendly platform that promotes inclusivity, accessibility, and engagement.

The Challenge
While the existing website has served the organization well for several years, Integrated Health Services requested an easier way to streamline the registration process for families, improve the way information was organized across multiple school-based health center locations, and create stronger opportunities for community engagement.
The challenge was to create a website that balanced usability, accessibility, storytelling, and organizational growth while ensuring that visitors could quickly find the information and resources most relevant to them.
Our Approach
At 3PRIME, we follow a structured website design process that keeps projects organized, collaborative, and on schedule. For the Integrated Health Services redesign, we began with a series of weekly planning and review meetings to establish project goals, gather feedback from the client, and scheduling future meetings for the next phases of the project.
Our next, and probably most important step of our process, is creating content guides. This process determines the new layout and content organization for the site redesign. We copied the current content from the existing site over to Google Documents and shared them with the clients for review and edits. This helps us figure out if some pages will be removed, merged, or reworded altogether. Once done, we created a new navigational structure making information easier to find for users on the new site. After this process is completed we started work on updating the new layout in the designs using the updated content information.
Following development, the website was tested across desktop and mobile devices. Final updates were completed to ensure consistent performance, accessibility, and usability before launch.
